The Hall of Fame Girls:
We had a wonderful long weekend in CA with friends and family, all leading up to Jenna and Kim being inducted into the HCS Athletic Hall of Fame. They are the first members of this newly created honor. We are very proud of our girls.

Loft Living in St. Louis
Move-in day, at last!
No, we haven't moved yet again. But we did buy a loft in St. Louis as an investment property, and our favorite metro-sexual, son David, is our tenant. The 7th floor loft offers a nice view of downtown St. Louis and features all of the usual loft stuff.. open rafters, big windows, brick walls... very cool!
Part of the fun of the loft was collaborating with David to pick the appliances, fixtures, flooring etc. We also had fun finding a few lofty accessories such as the sectional couch and red cube, occasional tables that double as storage. Still to be installed by our handyman/tenant.. pendant lighting in the hall, ceiling fans, and all of the bathroom fixtures, shelves, mirrors etc.
Of course, there is still much to do and that will take time and resources. But for now, we're all excited about David's new home in the exciting loft district of St. Louis.
